Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, dimensions, colours, and images are accurate.

However:

• Natural materials and manufacturing processes may result in slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final product.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where applicable.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
• Request additional verification before processing an order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Custom Window Coverings

All blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery are custom manufactured according to the measurements, materials, colours, and options selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements and specifications are accurate unless measurements are taken by a Dekaura representative as part of our consultation service.

Custom window covering orders:

• Cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
• Cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• May require deposits before production begins.

 

Measurement Accuracy

For custom window coverings, customers may either provide their own measurements or choose Dekaura's professional in-home measuring service where available.

If a customer provides their own measurements, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications are accurate. Dekaura is not responsible for products manufactured according to incorrect customer-supplied measurements.

Where measurements are taken by a Dekaura representative as part of our professional consultation service, Dekaura is responsible for the accuracy of those measurements.

Customers are responsible for verifying all product selections, colours, materials, operating systems, and order details before approving their final order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dekaura is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Manufacturers
• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Labour disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Installation Services

Where installation services are provided, customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation location.

Dekaura is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccessible work areas, construction delays, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

Certain products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Any applicable warranty information will be provided with the product or made available upon request.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Misuse
• Accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications
